We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
*Answer incoming calls from English Speaking customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
*Provide information about our products and services to customers
*Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
*Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
*Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
*Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
*Meet and exceed call center metrics, including average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
*Proficient in English Speaking & Email Writing
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
